Here is the first run at a set of research notes and links on the list of storage vendors I published on April 6, 2004. I still have about half the list to go, but I thought it would be better to get this out than wait until the list is completed. I will publish updates to this same page as I continue research. This ActiveRenderer outline was published from Onfolio using the cfs2xml utility from Joe Cheng. It has been a pleasure working with Joe on the cfs2xml utility. It is quite an amazing little tool. Thanks, Joe.

This is an essential site for IT architectes (network, storage, servers, etc.) and anyone else who spends a lot of time using Visio. You can find just about any type of stencil set you need. Very cool.

I'm seriously considering moving to Vonage for home telephony services. I can cut my phone bills in half for twice the services. Besides, we rarely use our home phone since we are rarely here and make heavy use of our mobile phones. I already use VoIP for work and love it. We’ve got a 3Mbps cable connection at home. Why not make the most of it?

I was talking with some colleagues the other day about wi-fi jamming while we were waiting for some people to join a conference call. The guys I was talking to were all network engineers. What we were talking about specifically was the ability to jam a wi-fi network using just a wi-fi adapter in a laptop or PDA. None of them had of such a thing. This morning a find this link in my inbox from one of my colleagues. Apparently it is possible to jam an entire hotspot with a PDA or laptop wi-fi adapter. Now if I could only find software that exploits this vulnerability. Here's an update from CNET.
