Just watching TV this morning while getting ready to head out for another day of extended family fun, I caught a push-up contest on Regis & Kelly. (My wife watches this, not me.) It was a joke. Supposedly a Guinness judge was counting the push-ups. However, the push-ups being performed didn't look at all like this
pictures here. I thought that the official rules were to start in a locked position, move down to a position where your elbows are in a 90 degree position, and return to the locked position. These guys were not doing this yet their push-ups counted. I wish they had a drill instructor on the set.
