I started a Yahoo! group a couple of weeks ago for San Diego area bloggers. Today we had two new members join. I know there are a ton of San Diego area bloggers out there. If you are interested in meeting other SD bloggers, please come and join the group.
The guys over at Boing Boing are making their traffic stats public. This is interesting and good research for some of my projects. I wonder how many other blogs make their traffic stats public?
It rained half the day yesterday and all day today, so far. With rain come ants. Yes, ants. Swarms of them trying to get into houses where it is dry, warms, and there is human food. San Diego, for the most part, is built on an ant hill. When it rains, we wake up to our dish washer and showers swarming with ants. I've set up a perimeter of WMD for ants all around the house that encompasses the entire backyard and most of the front. They still make it through. I refresh the perimeter after each rain. I honestly don't know how people here live with it. I've never lived anywhere that has had a problem like this.
